Design Studio
The journey starts here with our onsite creative services, computer aided design, sample making and artwork creation & manipulation. Working face to face or remotely we can guide you from brief to concept supplying you with all the physical and visual material you need to visualise your designs or sell them on to your clients.
Print Management
Once your concepts are approved we will manage the process of getting your ideas set up to print, from choosing the correct materials, creating the most cost effective laydowns for the stock and best production route available, through to final sign off and if required customer or third party client press passes.
Litho Lamination
Installed in October 2021 our Lamina SP 1116 allows us to mount a vast range of materials in a wide range of weights to single and double faced corrugated boards to create a unique sheet of board from which to manufacture your bespoke packaging from.
Die Cut
So you have your nice fancy sheet of material which we now need to cut and crease into your final design… small hand platen for delicate work, larger hand platen for larger display items and our high speed Bobst for larger volume orders.
Gluing, Taping & Stitching
Many of our packaging designs will fold without the need for gluing, but if they do we have things covered with our range of sealing options to complete everything from small intricate designs, tape seals on postal packs, through to huge two piece shipping boxes.
FSC
Using a range of specially chosen materials and selected suppliers we have the qualification to produce your packaging with all the traceability requirements need to certify it as FSC approved.

Our most basic of print options, applied direct to board, this cost effective option is ideal for high volume packaging, but with some clever art working or Laminaion by combining with Litho print we can create packaging such as discrete E Commerce Packs which have simple branding on the outside and the wow factor hidden away on the inside for when the unboxing begins.
Once the go to print for many types of display and packaging types, Silk Screen is now a more artisan option, with it’s unique stand out finish it can be applied to a variety of material types to give a handmade feel or unique contrast to many substrates to create some really special designs… white onto Kraft is still a firm in house favourite.
Litho allows our customers to recreate the most complexed of artwork, from single coloured wallpaper prints to multi coloured photographic quality designs. Using a wide range of industry standard materials we are able to match brand specific Pantone spot colours, including metallics, bringing your packaging in line with other branded media and special varnishes can be used to further increase the possibilities of what can be achieved right from the printing press.
To further enhance your Litho printed sheets we offer the full range of lamination products, such as Gloss, Matt and soft Soft Touch as well as some less common options which we are always working with our suppliers to create new options.
Applied directly onto your litho printed sheets or in combination with a lamination, varnishes can be used to highlight areas of print or on their own to add an extra layer to a design, but their application can be so much more than that... just ask what’s possible.
The finishing touch to any litho printed pack, pick out your logo, border an image or apply it as a background pattern, with a huge range of different colours and options available, adding foil to your design will elevate your packaging to the next level.
